* Winds: west to northwest winds increasing to 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* Waves: building to 2 to 3 ft... highest east sections of the lake.
* Impacts: the combination of gusty winds and choppy waves will create hazardous conditions for small boats and personal watercraft on Lake Moultrie.
